The USC Housing application will open to newly admitted first year undergraduates at 9am Tuesday, March 31st.

All other students/ new admits: The USC Housing application for Academic Year 2026-2027 is open.

• If you are a newly admitted undergraduate student who has not activated a housing portal account, click 'Create Login/Password'.

• If you are a newly admitted graduate student, click 'Graduate and Exchange Student Register'. *

• If you are an incoming exchange student, or summer only student, click 'Graduate and Exchange Student Register'.

• If you are a current student at USC who has never applied for housing, click 'Create Login/Password'
