Newly admitted first year and transfer students will need to claim your username and create a password. Existing upper-class undergraduates who have not previously applied for Housing also follow this same process
You will use the email address emailed to you as your username, and you will need to verify this by typing in your USC ID number.
The link you receive to set your password will only be active for one hour.
